Imperial Mandheling Coffee is Tanah Karo’s Mandheling Coffee. Only completely red fruits are used for quality processing. High temperatures should be avoided during drying in mountainous areas. The green beans obtained are hand selected so that the coffee defect rate is less than 1%. Imperial Mandheling coffee has a spicy, tangy chocolate flavor. Excellent sweetness and good acidity. Medium to bold thickness. What really stands out is the 2-3 minute long aftertaste. Use PROBATONE12 roaster to bake to Full city (medium roast).
